UniqGo Tourism allows free cancellations up to 72 hours before departure, after which refunds are tiered based on notice given. Guests cancelling between 24 and 72 hours pay a 40% fee, and cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure are non-refundable, though a voucher option is available.
If UniqGo must cancel a tour—due to operational issues or force majeure—guests receive a full refund or may rebook at no extra cost. All approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within seven business days of confirmation.
